Refunds & returns

We sincerely hope you don't encounter any issues regarding your purchase from us as we strive to provide handmade gifts of the highest quality.

 

However, if you have any issues please contact us and we will endeavour to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Returns are accepted as long as the item has not been opened or used and the item is not a personalised item.   These returns must be made within 7 days of receipt and after discussion of the problem.   The cost of returns postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

We package our items very securely to avoid damage however If you receive a damaged item please inform us on the day of receipt and provide photographic evidence of the damage.   We will offer an appropriate refund or provide a replacement at no extra cost, dependant on the damage and subject to availability.

If a replacement for your item is out of stock we can offer the following options:

  • An estimated date when it will be available,

  • An alternative item,

  • A refund for the damaged item.
